You probably have an app that's doing this. Download air push detector. Think that's the name of it. It will scan your apps and tell you which one it is.

You most likely installed a program that is setting those notifications. Look at what you installed just before the issues started.

It's apps that contains malware viruses, like i know for a fact that there's an app called Temple Ran and it does it
