unrevoked 3 wont find my phone

i installed the drivers and everything but when i open unrevoked it wont actually start to root phone... any ideas?

Did you turn usb debugging on under menu->settings->apps->development->check usb debugging ALso I know you said you installed the drivers but did you install the ones on unrevokeds site? this should work If not try tempory disable anti-virus mine was giving me some trouble

Yea I had debugging on and I installed the unrevoked files... ill try turning my security down

Right when u plug phone back in before doing unrevoked u have to do new hardware installation again then it will recognize it this also happened to me

Follow the directions in the tutorial that is linked in my signature.

U get all the setting right then last thing you do is plug phone back in then new hardware box will show up and click don't use updater and then click next. Then click save to specified location then click next then click browse and get Android usb folder and save to that then it will back up then unrevoked will start then it will take like 5 minutes
