Unneeded apps

Did not mean to double post this but can't find where to delete.

Press on the app in the app drawer(leave you finger on the app...that is called a 'long hold', slide it up to the "more options" that will pop up at the top of the screen. Pick delete. Yes, delete.
Some apps you can't delete without rooting your phone...bull crap like Amazon, Zappos and the like. You can DISABLE them however.

THanks, but doesn't tell me what apps are required to get an update, assuming the M will ever get another update.
