Unlock PIN w/ Corp Sync

Now that I have "corporte sync" to access by corporte email, I have to enter my PIN upon every unlock. I have gone to setting and "change screenlock", but "none and "pattern" have been "disabled by remote phone administrator". We do not have an administrator, so this is something done automatically within the phone intself. Any work around so that I can unlock without PIN? Thanks.

That is a policy that would be pushed out by your exchange server administrator. so even though you may not have a "phone administrator" persay. whoever runs the exchange server setup the security to require a pin lock on your device
