unexpected removal

OS issue? My wife's phone suddenly started getting the unexpected removal message, but she doesn't have an SD card installed! Other than the factory internal, but that's working fine.

Ive posted about this before! Now my phone will be fine for about a week maybe a little longer then out of nowhere it will say unexpectedly removed sd card! I dont know how to fix this

Did you try a new or different sd card?
