Undelivered texts?

I sometimes get this issue where my texts aren't getting delivered. They get marked undelivered and sometimes an error message comes up with "error: 65535 code: 3" anyone else having this issue? My friends are saying that they are getting them. Other times my texts get sent flawlessly and immediately.

I am having the same issue. Also, some times my number comes up as a weird, long number. Even if they have my name saved. I called Verizon about it and phone worked just fine then.

This is a really inconsistent issue for me aswell. Do you live in a 4G area? I'm not and I think it might be the reason.
