Unable to send/receive picture text messages

For some reason, I can't send/receive photo messages via text. I'm using Handscent if that matters. When I try to send a picture message, it shows on my phone that is has sent, but the recipient never receives it. When other people try to send me picture messages, I never get them. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this isn't working? Thanks!

Have you tried sending from the stock messenger?

Ahh ok...so I went to try the stock messaging program and I realized I froze the stock messaging program with titanium backup. After I defrosted it, I was able to send and receive picture texts again through handscent. Thanks!
