Unable to save file on sd card - K9 email

Thanks in advance for any help on this.

I used K9 email on my Bionic and all was well. On my S3 however, when I try to save an attachment to the sd card - internal or external - I get an error message "Unable to save file to SD Card"

Any ideas? What has changed from the Bionic to the S3?

Thanks

Problem solved!

A long time coming, but I thought I'd post a reply here so that it hopefully pops up when Googled.

In K9 go to: Settings, Global settings , Miscellaneous and see what folder is set under 'Save attachments to...' .
Then check if this folder exists on your SD card. If not, create the folder exactly as shown in the K9 settings. You should then be able to save attachments to the SD card. This fix worked for me.
