Prior to doing a factory reset on my phone I was able to use wireless tether as a hot spot to get online via my laptop...now everytime I try i get...network may no longer be in range try refreshing your list. My laptop sees my phone just wont connect. I've had co-workers bring their laptops in....no issues and anyone that wants can connect to me via wifi on their phones. I got desperate I even reformatted my HP laptop. No go...anyone got any ideas?

I get that once in awhile on my Vaio. Sometimes it'll connect but say its limited. Generally rebooting my phone and turning off and restarting my laptop it'll connect. Maybe? .....

Did you make sure the ssid is right? maybe
you set one up then after reset it went back to default therefore the network name you set up isn't available.

SSID is still default AndroidTether...I've tried the cycling of power to the laptop and the stop/starting of the service. It's only that laptop having issues and I'm using the wireless tether application and my settings are documented in another thread.
