Ultimate droid Ver.. 8 boot animation

Hey guys, how do u change the ultamite droid boot animation.. I tried putting mine in Data/local but it wont work. Thanks

did you replace the original boot animation .zip or just put the new one you downloaded into data/local?

the original may be under system/media and its still using it. or you may not have set the appropriate permissions on the new .zip

little more detail needed.
