I've had UID100xx visible since the first rom I installed. The best answer I could find is that it is a UserID, and the number isn't the same for everyone. Along with the "0" it is shown as using a lot of battery, but doesn't seem to affect battery life at all. I am getting better at ignoring it, but I'm a little OCD about my battery stats. If it's like my phone, the number will change as you update your rom.
Summary: It's nothing to worry about, and uses a very very small amount of resources/battery if any at all.
Thats cute. You just learn what porn is? Not appropiate for these forums. It was completely off topic and utterly stupid. Oh, and if youre older than i assume you are, go get a girl and stop browsing porn.
Anyways, on topic, uid is probably user interface display which can use a fair amount of bettery depending on what you have as wallpapers, widgets, etc.
