UD v10 apps2sd question

How can check with apps do i have installed on my sd card and with ones I have on the phone internal memory.

And if there is any way for my to choose with one can I/want move to the sd card?

One more: do I need DroidSwap with VD v10.

I was with Cnayongedmod before and I did the partion and follow the steps. any way I know i was using this program then. But now that Im with VD 10. Do i need it?

Help please.
