Txt messages being sent 2x-3x + Wrong ringtones

Two odd problems with my new tb:
1. Sometimes my text messages are being received 2 or 3 times (same one). I am using handcent and swype, if that makes a difference.

2. Sometimes my custom ringtones are not happening. Ie: I have ringtone 1 assigned to the contact and instead of that ringtone happening, the default ringtone rings.

is anyone else having/had these problems? how do i fix them?

Yup same here..
I fixed my problem by taking the TB back.. I couldnt even get 3g in the same spot on my desk that my Droid 1 does.
Fail.
