The LG G6 is a great looking device. It was one of the first mainstream flagships in the US to include the 18:9 nearly bezeless display. The LG G6 also added features like water resistance and wireless charging. It would be just about perfect if it could run stock Android.
LG has recently added the European G6 to their bootloader unlocking tool. Only a day later the community has already made TWRP available for the device. This is currently only working on the H870 version, but hopefully a bootloader unlock method will be discovered for other variants and TWRP will work for them as well.
