The Kazam Thunder Q45 is a powerful little entry level device. The phone includes some pretty nice specs including Quad Core processor, clocked at 1.3Ghz, sdcard slot, dual sim, removable battery, 4.5" display, 1800 mah battery, 8mp rear shooter, and 2mp front shooter. The only downsides i see are 4gb internal memory and the fact that it comes with Jelly Bean.
Normally you don't see any development for these entry level handsets, mostly because they are not being consumed by the mass market. Dees Troy has gone out of his way to get Team Win Recovery Project working on the Thunder Q45. This means that you should be able to flash some mods. I wouldn't expect a whole lot of roms though.
