Greetings, all!

I have been having a strange issue in mist, if not all, of the custom ROMs:

Sometimes, when scrolling or adding/removing icons from the desktop or pulling down the status bar, I notice a "twitchy/shakey" behavior that I cannot explain
Has anyone else experienced this?

When you switch ROM's do you wipe Data and Cache first

Also a Task Killer will have adverse effects like this on the O/S of a device

Holy crap, that was it! What causes that, and is it common?

And, yes I always wipe data and cache before install.

That is common when not using a charger specifically made for your Droid. My Droid does (lol) the same thing with almost every charger except the one that came with it. If you look closely at charger, their specs are usually slightly different. Still, the Droid is the only phone I've owned that is that sensitive to chargers.
