tv app for droid

Hello everyone,
I looked through the market and saw a few tv apps available. After seeing those, I tried to search for a TV app that plays Top Gear (BBC America) but couldnt find one. Anyone know one that can play either Top Gear exclusively or just BBC America?

isnt there a BBC app on the market?
or is that something different?

from what i saw, it only programs bbc news.. i might be wrong about this but thats the only headlines i read.

SPB TV streams TV, never used it, doesn't have terrific reviews...no idea what channels are even supported.

The only player available for the BBC is iPlayer, but it is, unfortunately, region specific to the UK and will not work in the US. The BBC, AFAIK, does not allow anyone else to legally stream its programming.
