turning phone on

i have a MB810 and will not turn on I changed the battery so it is fully charged I was having the green lights are blinking
that's why battery was changed now still will not turn on. the phone is my grandson who by the way is a special needs child i am thinking he might have dropped it or something like that. i am hoping someone know how to start it up again thank you in advance f1501999

With the phone off. Hold the home key and then the power key until you see a screen with a ! On it. Press volume up + volume down together. Can you get this far? It should be stock recovery.

I held them down for a good 30 seconds or longer still nothing

Sounds like it may be a hardware issue, if it was dropped or something there is no real way to tell. Since you can not get into stock recovery I'm not sure what can be done.

Can you get into the bootloader? Pull the battery, leave the phone off and Hold the camera button + volume down + power.

Nope i guessing it is gone now i gotta find another one to replace it or get it fixed maybe
