Turn over to silence

Quick question. On my Droid X, before I installed updates, when my phone rang I was able to turn it over to silence it but I don't see that option in my settings anymore. Anybody know where it went? Lady Gaga's Telephone coming on at work is killing me and I hate hitting ignore because it's a dead giveaway that I'm screening calls.

At work I keep my phone on silent because:
1. It's rude.
2. It's a rule.

The option was removed because it caused problems with a lot of devices.
Tasker allows you to do it though.
