Trouble with Ear Piece Volume with being to low even after turning it up

I don't know what else to do I have turned it up and its so low i can barely hear the other person talking plus sometimes I it won't even ring on my end when i am making a call when it shows its connected. i just got my phone yesterday so any help would be great thanks. Also yeah the speaker wouldn't work on mine either. so maybe someone could up us.

My phone does the same thing.
Except, when I connect to a call, I have to listen to them from the back speaker, and when I try to use "Speaker", it doesn't work.
Please help?
I just got my phone two weeks ago.
