transferring videos

hi .. i transferred my pictures from my phone to the computer. however, my videos did not transfer over. how do i get them on the PC? and they are in a strange format, do i need a special viewer to watch them?

Hello,

The way you transfer videos is the same as transferring pictures. Most likely videos you took would be in SDCARD\DCIM\Camera. The videos a droid takes are usually in the 3GPP Audio/Video format. This means you can play them with mostly any media player on PC including Windows Media Player. The reason they may not have transfered is because of their file size. Please make sure you select the videos in that folder and be patient.
