Transferring files on my computer?

I just came from the Droid 3 and when I plugged my Droid into the computer I got the option for USB mass storage but I don't have that on the nexus.

How do I access the storage on this phone?

All you have to do is choose to connect as a Media Device (MPT).

Your phone will now be connected like any USB storage device.
