Transfering video from bionic to xp video plays in slow motion sound is normal speed

when i drag my videos to my pc (windows xp) from my bionic, the video itself plays in slow motion but the sound is up to speed. I can find any settings to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated

We have Windows Vista and when I uploaded the videos I took today with my Razr MAXX the same thing happened. Very choppy video, smooth sound. Anyone??
