Transfer files over wireless tether?

just wondering if when i set up a wireless tether, am i able to transfer files to the phone via the tether??

My wife has this phone and I have the Incredible - file transfer works good on my phone - cable or blue tooth.

I have tried several times to get either to work with my wife's phone. The only way I can tsf files is to take the memory chip out and plug it - with an adaptor - into my computer!

Check out android manager wifi its free seems to work fairly well
