Transfer data from DX

How do I transfer my music, photos, Apps and stuff from the SD card of my DX to my Nexus?

Use a computer and hook both phones up. Then drag and drop

Using a Win7 computer would make this a fast transfer. Possible to accomplish with bluetooth transfer. BT would be slow. On the GN, enable USB Debugging.
