tranq 3.5.1 issue

Currently running this and apps will download but not install. This makes it where I can't go into clockwork and restore. Also, I tried draining the battery and trying to get to clockwork that way but it booted straight into tranq. Any thoughts?

Im stuck y'all. I need help. I could sbf but im a good few hours away from being able to.

Never been experienced by anyone else? Flashing 2.3.32 sbf at 8pmEst if I don't discover a fix
