Im not sure if this is the right place to post this, But im going to be Trading my Droid 2 for a Droid X that I found on Craigslist, How would I go about doing this? I mean can I just factory reset this phone and then trade it, and activate the DX on my account?

Basically - yes, and make sure your SD is wiped - you can also check the ESN of the phone you are going to acquire before hand if the trading party is willing to provide it to you just to make sure it is on the up and up

Yes as TP said just check esn first b4 you do the trade and clean yours out
