Ok, so my girlfriend just got an incredible and I am trying to upgrade it to 2.3 for her as well as root it. The problem I am having is when I connect it to the laptop with the USB cord the touch screen wont recognize when I am touching it. So the thing is stuck on charge only and I cant get it to where I can access the SD card. I dont know what to do here so I am hoping someone here will have some helpful advice on what to do. I would really appreciate some help here. Thanks!
