Touch screen acting up

Idk wtf is going on, I plugged it in and turned on the screen and it started to become unresponsive. Most of the time it starts to work again when i unplug it but its acting really weird.

Are you using and after market charger or the oem that was supplied with it?

The one that came with it. It stopped by the way, it started when i plugged the charger into a power strip and when i unplugged it and plugged it into the wall it stopped. Really weird.
