Toaster pop up said installation complete.

I was on FB and it was acting a little funny when I saw a toaster pop up that said installation complete. I don't have any apps at to update automatically, there was nothing in notifications before or after.
Any ideas? I'm on Christmas Eve JB but that's not new. Hmmm.
