Titanium Backup

So I d/l Titanium awhile back but never did anything with it. I got to thinking I should probably use it and...cannot seem to figure it out. Ha. I feel like such an idiot. Does it do an auto backup - is there an option hidden somewhere to "backup now?"

What am I missing?
