Titanium Backup Question

So I see where I can backup apps but should I also backup the other stuff? For example, "Account and Sync Settings 2.0.1" or the other stuff that look like system settings.

If you hit the menu key, choose filter, and then check User it will only show you apps you've downloaded and exclude the system stuff.

If you get the paid version you can just do a batch backup.
