Titanium Backup - How can I backup those large contact photos!

I spent an hour or two manually updating the contact photos for all of my "starred" contacts now that ICS supports larger photos, however after unlocking and rooting everything was wiped of course and so they're all back to their crappy little GMail contact photos... what a disappointment, Google!!! I had really hoped they had a spot for storing those images in the "cloud" but I guess not.

Anyway, before I spend time putting the better pictures in place on the phone again I was wondering if anyone knew if there were specific items I could backup and restore via Titanium Backup to prevent wasting my time customizing them?

P.S. I am not interested in any photo sync tools that bring Facebook photos into my contacts. Also, yes I'm aware Google+ contacts automatically sync larger pictures.
