My buddy lost his incredible on a cruise he went on over spring break, so we had the idea to use one of the two upgrades I have available to get an incredible that he'll pay for and I'll give him my (just refurbished) droid.

Anybody have any suggestions for Dinc roms?

No kidding. You do realize that the upgrade comes with a contract extension, right?

If you're giving up your 2-year upgrade, why don't you just pick a different phone (AKA a new one, rather than one that is at/near EOL)? Why should you have to suffer and not get the latest/greatest? (
