Pretty much. The only sort of announcement you'll get is the date from the commercials or asking a Verizon rep.

They're breaking the pattern this time for some reason.
They've already revealed the date with the commercials that are running.. I have no idea what they're reasoning is for not allowing pre-orders... I guess it's just that they want a full out "ALL CHANNEL" release on this device.
