How do I shut off the yellow banner that shows when you make a call?

you mean at the top bar?? mines green.. but to answer your question, i dont know.. sorry..

i like it... lets me know theres still a call in progress..

Same here, mines is green also, but it appears this software version doesn't have a option to turn that feature off.

One the best enhancements to the OS for me. Let's me know here is a call in progress. I REALLY like the iOS similar choice for audio output during a call and when one starts.

Do I want to use headphones, speaker, or handset...love it.

Ever hear of accidental dialing? Looking through your contacts list and click on call instead of text, then press the back button before realizing it's actually dialing..
