do you feel like it's worth rooting? Pretty subjective topic really, I personally think getting an Android device and NOT rooting it is doing Android and yourself an unjustice. Just my .02 on that.

Check out the TB section to find which way you want to root: Thunderbolt Hacks

I kinda know that. I have had zero probs with the phone so i Am hesitant. If i root wil it cause prob when and if we get ics ?

The Inc2 has issues with the leaked ICS. It's overall pretty good, but still has some issues. The Bolt is basically the same phone with an LTE radio. Maybe it's better, I don't know. Is the Bolt still rootable with simply using revolutionary? Or do you have to jump through some hboot downgrade hoops? If it's the latter, I personally wouldn't mess with it. If it's the former, then maybe so. If you're not much of a rooter and have been happy with the phone, just curious why you want to root now?

Definitely make sure you have a good grasp of it before you move forward, but it's typically worth it. Check out the link dez mentioned for a good start.

If you are going to root, make sure all the files you need are up to date. I know those haven't been updated for about a year so things might've changed.
