Thunderbolt ROM Issuses

I recently cracked the screen on my old rooted and ROMed Thunderbolt and used the insurance to get a new one. I swapped out the old sd card to my new phone so that I could re-use the roms that I had already downloaded to it. When I try to flash these roms using Rom Manager, it powers down like normal, but then a screen pops up showing a small picture of a thunderbolt with a large triangle exclamation point warning sign. It locks to this screen, making me have to remove the battery and hard boot it to get it back to normal. Anyone got some tips on what I should do to get these roms to properly load?
