Installed but the right vibrate icon on the lockscreen is still yellow and so is the browser icon. And getting FCs. Was I supposed to mount /system?

Yep for updates and themes you have to mount /system

It seems the browser icon is still yellow for me.

The browser icon is yellow for me also and when docking and exiting car mode the lockscreen is the gingerbread lockscreen rather than the themed one
