Are you using ADW? I have it but can't seem to get all the icons to be blacked out like yours. Is there more to it than just installing the zip? Thanks.

I am using ADW Ex. But the icons are from a program called DroidIcon in the market.

The wallpaper I manipulated using a template I made. I've attached the wallpaper I made here.
