So enough people have ask and downloaded my converted blue lightning theme from angel to hexen....
Well i decided to update it along with request to be put it.

O yeah, it has a lot more blue.

Installation:
must be on HeXen
reboot recovery
install zip
wipe- ( I didn't and have NOT had trouble, you decided for yourself.)
reboot
