the screen gets dim when i turn on my droid

hey guys,

i bumped into a table while my droid was in my pocket. the corner of the table hit the back of my droid n when i took it out the screen was dark(i could see things but the brightness was like 5%). i put the brightness into 100% but its still dim. and its bright when i turn it on but after some time, it gets dim again

Any idea wht might have happened n how i can fix it??

Sounds like you damaged an internal component. Unless you want to start swapping out internal parts, I would suggest returning it for a new one. I would leave out the part about bumping it into a table.

i hope not...will the verizon shop help me if i take it to them??

in case i return it,motorola has a 1yr warranty rite even if i dont have the monthly warranty??

The Verizon store will honor Moto's 1 year warranty IF it is a defect AND you bought it through Verizon.

Tell them your screen just randomly started going dim, don't mention the bumping into the table or it may not be covered under warranty.
