The Liberty Customizer is causing FCs every time it downloads themes

I purchased it from the Market through the web browser. Two of the three features already exist in ROM Toolbox and they work fine but the theme chooser causes FC every time it downloads themes. I rebooted the phone but still get FCs when downloading themes. I also uninstalled and re-installed through the Market on the phone. Still get FCs.

Is anyone else getting this?

Is there a known workaround?

Is there an update coming?
