Tons of development for Motorola devices has shown up with the introduction of the Kexec boot process. Mostly these new Roms take full advantage of the process which circumvents the bootloader making all mods possible. However you may not be into tons of custom options, maybe you really just want a super clean stock Blur build with a few themed elements. If so ProjectReticleV2 is the Rom for you. It is simply a stripped down high performing version of Moto Blur. It is based off of the BlackHole Rom (well basically it is the BlackHole Rom with a theme overlayed and a few apps added.) This rom does come with two versions. One version with the stock feel, and another with "Landon's" LunarUI theme. Also the CM10 bootanimation has been added here.
