Text messaging is broke.

I can recieve text messages, but I cannot send them. It just started to do this afternoon. I actually just tried yo call someone and was not able to complete the call because the message I got from verizon said it was going to contact me wit an operator to complete my call with a credit card. Sounds like I have been put on a prepaid plan for some reason. I just got the ics update yesterday morning and it worked fine, today this happens the first time I use the phone. My data works perfectly, but I noticed this morning that data was on wifi and I never put it on there last night because we had no power. Has anyone heard of this happening to anyone else, or themselves, or if I did something to my razr? I would appreciate any help before I go up to verizon have to deal with them (i really hate dealing with them because they really are irritating and piss me off.)

Try a battery pull hold down power button and volume key for 10 seconds, turn phone back on after its off, also my wifes maxx was on the wrong 4g setting, so i downloaded lte on/off app for tbolt, and put her on 3g auto (prl) and her text now works fine, hope this helps
