text message problems

I recently had to get a insurance replacement S3 when my nephew cracked the screen (almost 3 weeks ago). For about the last I have been having trouble with my text messages going through. Call Verizon they sent a replacement sim card, that didn't work. That yesterday I did a factory reset still having the problem. Sometimes if I restart the phone the messages will go. Anyone have any other suggestions. The problem consists in the stock app and go sms pro app.

it sounds like something in the software is corrupted, a re-flash of the stock software may fix it but since you just got it replaced, i would just have them replace it again.
