text blocking app?

Are there any text blocking apps that block both incoming AND outgoing texts? The only ones I have found only block incoming.

You do realize that an app-level block means that you technically do receive the message? If you're trying to block to save money (i.e. don't have a messaging pack) an app isn't going to help.

However, if you just don't want to see the messages it should work just fine.
