Ok so I have my droid ocd 1.39 when playing a game the heat will rise will it rise till it stabalizes and stay at that heat or continue to rise until droid fries?

Depends..
Generally speaking overclocking will rise temperature to a certain point and peaks off. It should not keep heating up higher and higher. To be honest, I find overclocking pointless. There are way more risks than gains overall.

I haven't run my droid without oc for very long I think tomorrow ill see how it does at 1ghz, how do u feel about uc?

Less bad things can happen. Thinking about doing it myself. Keep in mind you can still fry things if you undervoltage too much. There is a true minimum that the droid 2 needs to run... it's the same theory as applied to any other computer devices.

I underclock it to .6 when batt is undr 49 prcnt and when the screen is off it drops down to .3

What program are you using to apply the over and underclocking
?

Setcpu to control profiles and milestone to set the highest possible oc so like right now milestone is set at 1.39. But if I had low bat setcpu would drop it to .6
