Temp root not working anymore?

I have not had much luck with the temp root for the Rezound. I had to do it a few times to get it to work once or twice. Once I got it working I used titanium backup to restore (wont work for me with out root), and it freezes after a few apps. Now I did a factory reset on my phone, and it will pretend like its being rooted (using htc sync mode) and none of the root programs will work. Whenever I reboot after root it does not work either. Does anyone know why it is no longer temp rooting?

Note: this is using Zerg rush root, running the batch file as administrator

Does the root process unmount the sd card? It seems when I remount it, I loose root

Also why does this root sometimes reboot my phone, and other times it doesn't? It seems when it reboots for me I go into bootloop
