Tasker: Fix vibration notifications in call

I was just wondering if somebody had a Tasker solution to the vibration notification while on the phone issue. I'm kind of tired of getting texted in the middle of a call and having the phone vibrate on my face.

I've seen a few mentions of Tasker... which I have, but I'm unsure of what tasks/contexts/profiles I need.
